Luxury Minerals Refund Exchange
Policy Effective January 2004 - Current
Luxury Minerals does not accepted refunds/exchanges on any
opened, used, unsealed products, or samples of any products for
consumer health and safety reasons.
Samples are available to try before purchasing full sized
products and we appreciate you do so prior to ordering full size
products.

Please take the time to inspect each order immediately upon
receipt. Compare enclosed
invoice/s with what you have ordered and received. All orders
are carefully checked by our processing/shipping staff.

Luxury Minerals products come packaged in clear jars, with tamper
resistant inner/outer seals.
If a discrepancy occurs within your order please email
customer service through the Luxury Minerals website or phone us
before
opening any item/s in question, once opened it cannot be
returned/exchanged.
Colors in containers may very as some containers.

If there is an unusual situation we have incorrectly shipped you a
product, please contact us, we will send you an authorization
number to return item to us so we can send you the correct item. (shipping to and from
covered by LM if in our error)

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted on makeup brushes, samples,
sifter jars, kits, pressed products, cream products, eye
pencils, lipsticks, or any opened, unsealed products.
If you require a refund or exchange an unused item, unsealed item
(samples not refundable) please contact our customer service
department prior to return for your authorization number.

are Luxury Minerals Return Exchange REQUIREMENTS

We do not accept random returns. Please
contact us for your authorization number when a refund/return is
necessary.

We require authorized returns/exchanges to be shipped back to
Luxury Minerals within 10 days of original order, with
copy of original invoice.

Return/exchanges must be shipped back to Luxury Minerals PO Box via
United States Postal Service.
No UPS, Fed Ex. Etc.

Return/exchanges MUST ship back to Luxury Minerals with delivery
confirmation/tracking number, signature required on any/all
returns/exchanges. This
ensures returns/exchanges are received and signed for by Luxury
Minerals Staff and not los/stolen via the postal system.
If we do not sign for any/all returned/exchanged items we
cannot refunded or exchanged items.

We suggest you insure your return, but it is not a requirement.
Luxury Minerals does not accept responsibility for
any returns not using the above procedures or items lost through the
United States Postal Service.
